Question 1

What is coaching?

Accepted Answer

Coaching is a structured conversation in which the coach asks questions and the client finds their own discoveries and solutions. The coach does not teach, advise or give ready answers.

Question 2

How is coaching different from consulting, mentoring or teaching?

Accepted Answer

A teacher gives knowledge from a set programme, a consultant tells you what to do, and a mentor shares their own experience. In coaching the answers come from you.

Question 3

How long is a coaching session?

Accepted Answer

Every session lasts 80 minutes. Half of that time is spent working directly on your goal.

Question 4

Is coaching confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full confidentiality is guaranteed, including how notes are stored. The only exceptions are when the law is being broken or there is a risk to the client's life or health.

Question 5

Do you offer coaching in English and Polish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sessions are held in English or Polish, in person in Oslo or online for clients anywhere in the world.

Question 6

Are you EMCC accredited?

Accepted Answer

I am a Certified Professional Coach. I completed EMCC-accredited coach training at Norman Benett Academy in 2026 and I am now working toward individual EMCC EIA (European Individual Accreditation). The EMCC assesses coaches against European standards for competence, ethics and ongoing supervision.

Question 7
